When providing professional HR Consultancy Services, providing access to our Website, providing non-billed content via Mailing List Subscription provisions, or when providing support via an online platform, training or development course we are deemed to be a Data Processor.

Before processing any personal data, we ensure that at least one lawful basis under GDPR is met. We will not disclose personal data for any purpose other than what the data was originally collected for; unless there is an overriding legal basis that enables this processing.

Each individual has the right to withdraw consent and opt-out of any Mailing List, Subscription or marketing communications by requesting such directly to Perfect Vision HR or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. All marketing emails will carry an unsubscribe link.

Perfect Vision HR may disclose aggregate statistics about our sales, our Website visitors and Mailing List Subscribers in order to describe our Services to prospective clients, advertisers and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Perfect Vision HR Consultancy Clients

Perfect Vision HR processes information in order to support and maintain our existing or potential contractual relationships under the lawful basis ‘performance of a contract’. We may process personal data in order to provide various supporting HR Consultancy services with such clients. All contractual relationships with clients include contractual provisions for the processing of Data under current Data Protection legislation.

Personal data processed under a HR Consultancy contract will only be disclosed on a confidential basis to external service providers so that they can also provide Services under a consultancy contract. When we share data with an external third party, these operations are governed by contractual relationships which include provisions for the processing of Data under current Data Protection legislation.

 

Security

Perfect Vision HR places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our Services. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data under our control. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, so while we cannot guarantee its absolute security, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

 

Data Retention

Perfect Vision HR only keep your data for as long as necessary, unless there is an overriding legal ground. We will not retain data if it is deemed unlawful to do so. Data may be held for purposes relating to the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims which we or our clients may face. We will also typically keep data concerning any consultancy contract for at least six years from the date the contract ends. Some data may be deleted before this time period depending on the category of that data and in line with our commercial legitimate interests. Personal data that is no longer necessary is deleted securely.
